David Morley is a third generation Bahamian realtor. David attended Deerfield Academy, then graduated from Bucknell University in 1987 and immediately thereafter starting working in real estate with his late father (John Morley).

In 1995, he started Morley Realty Limited which is now the largest commercial real estate company in The Bahamas and it now includes an ambitious growing residential team.

In 1998, David earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and still remains the only Bahamian to have achieved this distinction. David was on the Board of Directors of the Bahamas Real Estate Association from 1994 through 2003, and served as President in 2001-2002.

David has contributed to various other Boards and Government Committees, including:- Bahamas Government Guaranteed Loan Committee, College of The Bahamas Council, Bahamas Athlete Subvention Committee and the National Sports Authority.

David has three grown children, Emily (25), Laura (23) and Peter (18), all of whom have represented The Bahamas in international competitions around the world. When not visiting his children, David enjoys boating, fishing and diving.
