Gizelle Bailey is a Banker by profession with more than 23 years of experience working in commercial banking. She specializes in Debt Recovery and this has afforded her the opportunity to work in several jurisdictions in the Caribbean. Additionally she also specializes in training employees within this field.

Her love for helping people overcome challenges and achieve goals inspired her to become a Certified Life Coach. 

Gizelle is equally passionate about the development of children and youth. She is the Director of the Dynamic Kids Ministry at her church as well as a Certified Youth Leader.  

Her hobbies include Floral Design, crafts and Gardening.
